Do you feel that you don´t fit neatly into a conventional career box?

Many of us are have multiple passions and gifts and we have not been given many tools in high school or in our university education to identify our strengths and to be able to apply them in a way that sustain us, it is meaningful and fulfilling.

The problem that I faced when I was younger was that all success books were saying that you only have to choose and focus in one thing, do it well, and just stay so narrow that until you become so good at it that hopefully in 10 or 20 years people will notice that you are good at it. And I understood that advice from an intellectual perspective and for some people makes perfect sense if you always really knew who you want to be…

But I have come to the realisation that I am not one of those humans and I will never be.  I have been struggling for years with the question why can´t I do one simple thing with my life? Why can´t I be only be corporate lawyer and feel fulfilled?

I have been trying to comply with society´s expectations for more than 12 years, to fit in a conventional career box but that is definitely not me…

Now I feel I am taking myself seriously and owning who really I am. I feel much more complete than ever before with my coaching, courses and event on all the topics that light me up!
